I don’t know what some of the other reviewers were expecting from this product, but I’m reviewing this as an asthmatic athlete and hopefully be a little more objective. One of the issues with asthma is getting enough oxygen to the extremities. As a cyclist, when I’m climbing hills is when I need that oxygen boost more, but my lungs can’t keep up with the demand my muscles are calling for. Over years of study and experience I’ve found that what I need is to increase my magnesium and iron intake.Guess what this supplement has? Magnesium and iron (as well as some aminos, gingko, and cayenne). Whatever your reason is for taking this supplement it has the right stuff in it. Since I’ve started taking it there’s a discernible improvement in my cycling performance.The reason why I cannot give this 5 stars is because there isn’t enough information about how and where the supplement was made. The bottle says that it was “manufactured in an FDA registered facility,” but WHERE is that facility? There’s no information about 3rd party testing, if it’s a GMP facility…nada, zilch, nothing.It’s also on the pricey side.Summary: I’d give it a shot, but with anything you put on your body, do it with your eyes wide open.

I took these pills as prescribed on the bottle (3/day) and there was absolutely no change at all. I do not recommend purchasing this item. There was no increase blood flow anywhere in my body. My BP remained the same before, during and after taking this for over a month. The manufacture "implies" better circulation to your "member" and this is also not true. There was no medical benefit at all.

This is a scam, no salt in the ingredients. Definitely not "Blue Salt" as it says on the bottle.
