he installation process was very easy, as it adapted to the previous plate of the door. The instructions on how to install it are very clear and understandable. Once installed, the configuration process is easy. To open it, it includes several options since it comes with keys. You can do it with a fingerprint, a blue card, or configure it with a code. It was a lot of fun to do and there are incredible functions such as holding down to close the door. I have fun hearing when the bolt is closing. I really recommend it for its presentation, quality, and security. Buy it and you'll have fun. My door is more beautiful than ever.

The installation process was incredibly straightforward. However, I encountered a couple of hiccups during the setup in the app. I believe these were user errors rather than issues with the app itself.One important note is that the lock function requires you to hold it down while leaving the house. Initially, it struggled to lock, but I suspect it was simply the system attempting to calibrate correctly.Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with the app. It’s incredibly user-friendly and offers a range of features at no cost. Notifications are also free. However, before setting up the lock, you need to purchase and set up the gateway first. I’m not sure why this step is necessary, but once the gateway was configured, everything worked seamlessly.The fingerprint scanner and touch buttons are both excellent. I have no complaints about any of these features.The only reason I’m giving it a 4-star rating is because the setup process in the app wasn’t particularly quick. Additionally, I haven’t been able to connect it to Alexa, but I decided against giving Amazon access to my front door.

Aside from having all the features I need and the great price, my deciding factor to buy this door lock was the 12 Month Battery Life, we'll see about that. So many others have complains about the battery life been awful.Opening the door. Pin Code, Finger Print sensor, Cell Phone App, Sensor Cards, 5 Keys.Locking the door. Cell Phone App, Auto Timer that you adjust on the app, Key. I wish they would of added something on the unit to lock it by touching it, bummer.Firmware update worked well but cell phone has to be withing Bluetooth reach, I had to put mine withing inches of the unit.Installation. Follow the step-by-step video in the description. The second video to set all the codes is not really necessary because you can do all of this from the downloadable cell phone app.I highly recommend this digital Smart Door Lock.

Works well however, I bought this model because it indicated it would connect to my Echo devices and to Google home. Turns out. You have to buy an additional device for that.

I love this lock. It comes with multiple keys. The best feature is the fingerprint recognition, because I have a 10 year old kid and it’s easy for him. Very easy to install. The app is really self explanatory and easy to use. This lock is built with great quality and a great price.

This lock is fantastic! The fingerprint sensor is extremely accurate and it was easy to install. I bought a G2 gateway for remote access and I also use this with my google nest. If you have questions feel free to ask :)
