On an order from January, 2022, I got incorrect fulfillment:Description said "12 packs of 6". I received 6 packs of 6, not 12. After I started a return, they said they would replace the item. The second shipment also had 6 packs of 6, not 12. Since 6+6=12, I did get all 12 of the promised packs. I just had to do the return process to get the second batch. The tea itself is good.On another order in July 2022, I also got incorrect fulfillment:Description said "12 packs of 6", and the pictures clearly show the plastic tube pack, so I expected to get 12 of those. I received 5 packages of 16, packaged in zip-lock style bags. So, I received a total of 80 pitcher-packs, when I had ordered 72. But I did not get the plastic tubes that they were supposed to come in.The tea itself is good. I will probably order again. But the miscounting is aggravating.
