As a seasoned hooker (one is widely experienced, noteworthy, in demand, and yet still charges reasonable rates because keeping it real) I took a punt on this product. Mostly it was about having somewhere to stash the tools of my trade that had an unobtrusive air about it - however there are a myriad of other tools that are of great use to hookers rising through the ranks, our new brethren, even some of the older gals that may have found a little stiffness running through their fingers as age (and overuse lol!) takes its tool.Given my level of experience and ability, I’d be the first to call a spade a spade or, in this case, a hooker looking you dead in the eye and saying ‘that’s what I charge, take it or leave it’. The usability, comfort, ease with which you can set to task with the right tools is always paramount when you’re wrangling rearranged sheep, never mind dealing with a customer with daring ideas and a budget more commonly found among church mice.Simply put - if you’re serious about developing your skills, learning the trade, then you’d be daft to spend more than is necessary. This product is stupendous value for money, it contains everything a new gal would need on testing the waters, and if it’s not for you then you’ve only invested a tenner, and when you’ve offloaded the stuff you don’t want you’re still left with a nice, inconspicuous zipped case that could be used for all manner of other ‘keep it discreet’ matter.Thoroughly recommended, don’t mess around looking elsewhere, buy the ones that you’re currently reading this review about.

Great set of hooks. Really easy to work with and as a recent beginnerthey are really easy to hold. Love the colours which make it easier to identify sizes. Came in a neat zip up case along with sewing craft needles, measure, and some little coloured markers. I am very happy...x Thankyou

Really like this hooks as they are easy on the hands as I have arthritis and not heavy to hold. Plus great different sizes in the set.

These crochet hooks are very comfortable to handle them and they are easy to work with, but I didn't like the fact that the end of the hook is quite square instead of being round. Except this particular fact I enjoy creating with these crochet hooks. There are a lot of different sizes of crochet hooks and needles for a good price. It is presented with a beautiful case. It is good value for money. I will recommend these crochet hooks.

I purchased this set after having problems with my other hooks, metal ones. I’m glad I did, great value for the money. Very easy to hold and use. I like all the extras you get in the handy bag too.The only negative point I have, some of the hooks did have burrs on them, easy to file off though. I’m sure after using the hooks for a while the yarn will make them smoother.Definitely recommend these hooks, great for beginners or experienced hookers.

I do a lot of crocheting and these hooks are really good! Amazing value for money , easy to hold and comfortable. I needed a size 7 but bought the set thinking as a start for my granddaughter but they are so good I’m keeping them!!

I would have prefer round handles, also maybe a bit thinner handle for the bigger hooks, I nearly had blisters from an intensive crochet session. Other than that excellent value

Comfortable to hold. Bought the set for sizes 8, 8.5 and 9 mm hooks which were hard to find in the shops. Good value to have all the other most used sizes too. Accessories a bonus. Would recommend for anyone just starting their crocheting journey. They are much better than the plain metal/aluminium or plastic hooks and are comparable to the more expensive brands.
