BekaTri-Lux Multi-ply Stainless Steel Sauté Pan with Lid and 2 Side Handles 28 cm

Ive used this pan twice upto now. I fried sausages and vegetables in it for a sausage casserole. Then I added tomatoes and stock an I put it in the oven for an hour with the lid on. Nothing had stuck to the bottom of the pan. Only slight sticking on the sides but it cleaned up effortlessly with a nylon soapy sponge. The same happened when I made Coq au vin. If there is any water marks or slight staining on the inside it comes off easy with some household cream cleanser or even toothpaste and a dish sponge. It does not have an encapsulated base stuck on the bottom but is one piece with heat conducting properties that go up the sides to conduct heat all round. Thats why it costs more than the Beka Chef range. I Love this pan so much ive bought the 24cm tri lux pan.

The media could not be loaded.  I wonder if this is normal, but my pan developed a concavity at the base, making it unstable on the surface of the glass hob. This makes me think that the pan is not dispersing the heat evenly within its mass, which means that fails the main function of the tri-ply layers.I am quite happy with its performance overall, but this flaw makes me think if I made a mistake or not buying it. I would like to hear other buyers about their experience with this product.

Brilliant tri-wall casserole/saute pan. Sturdy stainless steel handles and tri-wall lid with two small holes that stop the lid rattling or water droplets forming and dribbling down the sides when used on the hob. I use my more like a rondeau pan (hob to oven). Very versatile. 28cm diameter may be too wide for some users. Solid pan.

Decent quality, exceeded my expectations for this price. Even heat distribution, tested on induction hub.
