Super easy to use and adjust . Love the buckles in the front- make it extremely easy to get on and off

I went back and forth on which vest to get. I ordered this one for the price and adjusted weights. I started out with 14lb and now after 3wks I’m up to 18lb. It’s been great for my hikes in the woods and I even used it in the snow with my snow shoes. It’s a great workout and the weight is evenly distributed!

I like the options of adjusting the weight to accommodate my various workout routines.

so hard to put the bags in the vest, bags are different sizes they have to be placed in the same size pouch, shoulders are too big unnecessarily they're are a lot of other smaller vests that hold 60lbs so can't do what I'm trying to do, only good for running but all the weight is forced on to your collar bone so it hurts alotedit: only a month and the bags rip because of how tight the pockets are you have to force them in all I did was take one out of the pocket have to get a new vest

Fantastic and easy to put on and take off,

Purchased this as a Holiday gift for my wife and we’re a bit disappointed. The advertised image shows the iron beads in defined containers that then go into a bag or pillow to comprise the separate weights for the vest. But in fact the weights are just bags themselves. If they rip or come unstitched the beads will flow everywhere. That’s very misleading. Also, this vest lacks shoulder straps which are needed to reduce the length of the vest for smaller individuals (like my wife). So she’s unable to use it! There are better options out there than this.
