I love this waist trainer man boyy do u sweat I just ordered a med because I used the large and still use the med on the bottom of my belly and the large on top so basically I use both at the same time I wanted to ordered some more but yall keep running out all I can say is this waist trainer is number one on my list come on Amazon yall have to Stay stacked up with these waist trainers!

Started ripping in the inner lining after a month or so. This is disappointing because I like it alot. It's comfortable to workout in, but durability just isn't there.Update: after my first one ripped, I tried a few other brands. They may have been more durable, but they were so thick and way less comfortable. This one is thin enough that it is slimming while you wear it and it does its job. The price is so reasonable that I came back to these. I bought 2 more.. one to sleep in and one for the gym. I've had them for a couple months now, and so far so good.

I workout 3-day a week 'Zumba, Extreme dance and Extreme Step'. I've purchased let's say five different wast sweat trainers overtime in twenty years. Although they've all been durable they do not stand up to these. I ordered the medium less then a month ago, I'm petite 130lb, 5'1 fit it did what I expected it to do. I saw one of my Zumba lady with a small and it hit me girl! Why are you double wrapping this midium around your little wast? Now I have two ordered a small two weeks later I love it fits great now. I definitely recommend this product fits comfy doesn't roll stays in place and you will definitely get the sweat while sheading inches off your wast with every workout.

The trainer itself has a good stretch and hold no signs of tears definitely worth the price
