It's adhesive and it sticks things and that's what I wanted

I used this on an old pair of Nike trainers where the material around the heels was cracking. I used a small metal spatula to lift up the flaps and then liberally squeezed in the glue. Firmed in and left the shoes on their sides overnight. It … actually … worked to my surprise. Nice strong bond, will see how they stand up to some jogging!
