Update: The customer service is fantastic thatvthey deserve a five star! They went above and beyond with their job. They make sure they listen to you and they were never once rude. They even encourage you to make suggestions to improve their product. I am actually a repeat customer because I love my first Miss Fong tote convertible diaper bag., but that bag was kinda bulky to use for just a quick and short errands. So, I started looking for a smaller backpack, but I want it chick and slick. My search brought me to their product. Since I know their quality and style I didn't think twice of placing an order. This bag is actually perfect for my taste and style. I really like the back strap which makes it look light but stylish. However I've encountered some problems with my order, but they quickly reached out to me to fix it. I learned that they actually don't have access to what Amazon ships out from their warehouse. I made a mistake accusing Miss Fong, the company, of shipping out their flawed product, but upon communicating with them, it was clear that it'swho Amazon ships out their sellers' products and failed several times to check them if they're in right condition. So, I am calling out Amazon for letting their sellers customers' down. Sometimes a great customer service is all it takes to give a product your trust again. Like I said, its quality is top notch and their style, they really think it through.Update: I reordered the bag because I had a good shopping experience with my other Miss Fong bag. It was flawless including the tag. Inshort I was happy. This time, they did the right thing by shipping it out in a box. So no creases or marks of being pinned down during the shipping, but this bag still didn't have the tag on. I read all the reviews about this bag and sad and disappointed to know that they actually ship out used items that was pain brand new. To the point that one customer found a pepto tablet in one of the pockets. That is dishonesty. The bag that came today has scratches on the button and factory flaws??? As seen on the picture. I hate to return but I think I have to. Don't they have quality control? But this would probably be my last Miss Fong bag because of the said issues that I've encountered. I don't wanna take the risk next time because they were trying to trick me by charging stocking fee and other stuff for opening it from a plastic packaging and returning it. But how do you know what your getting if you don't actually open the package???The bag is a perfect size. Functional wise, it has a lot of pockets and compartments which is what I am looking for, but I hate that they shipped it in a pouch! Bags like this price should be shipped in a box. The bag that I ordered before this (which I returned because it was huge for what I wanted) was shipped in a box. So, it was spotless although it was just, "Like new". Of course as a new product, you expect it to be perfect and that's what consumers who's buying brand new items are after. That's why they're buying it brand new.

I love this diaper bag! It’s fashionable and practical for small trips. This bag has plenty of pockets inside and out with versatile straps to fit your style. I am able to carry all the main essentials and more. The gold metal components complements the leather so well. I have received numerous compliments on this bag!

I was looking for a smaller diaper bag type bag that I could essentially use as a purse as well. I obviously want to be able to fit some of my daughter’s things and mine in the bag. As this bag is very well made and has lots of pockets, the compartments inside of it are almost useless I feel like because it’s just too small of a space inside. I do LOVE the back pocket I think every bag should have that. However I need something in between the size of this bag and their big version of this bag I think. It’s honestly not very much bigger than my sling crossbody bag I wear. It’s hard to truly show you the size of it in pictures. I was anticipating it to be the size of your average backpack purse that you could fit a medium/small laptop in if needed. I will be returning this unfortunately, I wanted to love it but just doesn’t fit the bill for me. I’m sure it’s an excellent bag for someone but not what I’m looking for. On that note I am still giving it 4 stars because it is well made and I do love the back pocket, and just because it’s not what I’m looking for it might be what someone else is looking for.

I love this diaper bag because it doesn’t look like a diaper bag! It’s my go to purse all the time. When I head out with my kiddo, I throw in some wipes, diapers, Sippy cup, snacks & a toy along with all my stuff!I love that it can be a backpack or you can stow the straps away in the back pocket and swap it out for wrist straps. The color is nice and it’s a sturdy purse with A LOT of pockets.The only flaw I had was the wrist strap clips get stuck open sometimes when I go to attach them to the loops. Other than that, this purse is a must have for moms looking to have a small travel diaper bag yet still be fashionable

I absolutely adore this mini diaper bag. It has so many pockets so much space and it looks so beautiful. The backpack straps are soft and comfortable and can be hidden in the back pocket and the overall aesthetic and functionality of this bag is beyond. Trust me I’ve gone through more than five mini diaper bags. This is the best one!! This is the one you have to get!! 💖💖💖

It’s a nice bag. I wanted a mini diaper bag to use because it seems like a lot of bags are huge. I had high expectations since there are many who rave about Miss Fong bags. When it arrived the tag that I assume is supposed to hang on the outside of the bag was located in the inside with a broken metal chain. Made me feel like either whoever packed did not care or they sent me a return which is part of the rating. This mini version does not come with the changing pad which is bummer. It seems smaller than I want but I’m going to see about packing it and If it does not feel too packed and tight. The quality does seem good. The top doesn’t seem to open as wide and conveniently as I’d like. Not sure if I’ll return it. ETA: I did return it. It was too small and bulky??? Not sure if that’s the right word to use but it didn’t work for me.

The quality of this bag is good except for the weight. It is heavy even before I put anything. For me, weight is a very important feature. I might return it.
