I have gone through many humidifiers and so far this one wins hands down. It's so easy to fill, just take the top off and you ha e plenty of room to pour in the water. You don't need distilled just regular old tap water will do. Once a week I unplug it bring it to the kitchen sink wash out the stone filter that comes with it...super simple and wash out base and water container.....using gentle cloth or brush. Reassemble, plug it in fill it up and wha la ready to use again. We use it on high because of the cathedral ceilings it a lot of space and we only have to fill it every other day. Great price for a great machine. The only cons would be you have to be careful not to spill water when removing the top but you figure that out quick and no biggie, also would feel safer if the top clipped or snapped on (its a lot of water to spill if accidentally gets tipped over) as it is it just rests in a groove on the rim. Overall I like the design and performance (puts out a lot of mist and NEVER gives off any white dust or film) so I decided to overlook those two cons. Great machine great price. Also side note the seller is also fantastic, when asked how I liked the machine I told them about the concerns I had and they were very understanding and said would pass those on to the design team....NICE!!

The product works great on medium to high, but on the low setting it simply bubbled and leaked water. Fortunately, we had put it in a pan for protection of the furniture and floor before we learned this problem. Also be sure it is level, if it is tipped it will leak horribly. DO NOT turn it off if there is more than 1 inch of water showing in the tank. You will have to dump, clear and refill to get it operational again and it WILL leak all over.I like the fact it has a knob rather than touch-screen type bottons, that is a major plus. The light is exceedingly bright, we had to rig an apron around the unit to get any sleep at night. It would work terrific as a nightlight, but we need it dark.

After a few months the on/off switch went haywire. I turn it on and it makes a horrible sound. After 3 times of turning off and on it works only last night it was 4. I'm just waiting for it to give out. ( It is now a few weeks since I wrote that. My humidifier has a problem with the switch. It now makes a the sound six times before it starts. At least once it starts to operate it doesn't do it again. My switch never turns off without me manually doing it unless it runs out of water. It is very temperamental about starting now it is up to seven or eight times to start.

The product sometimes over flows and has trouble releasing the water from the tank into the base.

This thing is awesome! It really pumps out the vapor! Bought it for my children's room to help with a nagging dry cough and it worked! Super easy to use and it's dramatically improved our indoor air quality! I've been dropping essential oils into the water and my home smells heavenly. I will never attempt to get through a winter again without it! :D

I actually love this humidifier but it stopped working after 3 weeks , I'm sure I just got a bad unit 😪

Got it to increase the air moisture levels for my plants. Chose it before there were any reviews, and it turned out to be a great decision! I’ve used it everyday for the past 8 weeks, and no complaints whatsoever—knock on wood. Easy to fill, durable, auto shut off, adjustable spray— great machine.

This is the second type of humidifier I’ve used. I greatly prefer this one, perhaps because it’s a top fill. The bottom fill I had prior kept gulping which woke my infant as we were room sharing. This model is much quieter and works very well for his allergies.
